All clients enrolled in our GLP-1 Weight Management Programs are required to complete a Good Faith Exam (GFE) via telehealth in accordance with Florida medical compliance guidelines.

• Exams are performed by a licensed medical provider
• Fee: $49 per exam
• Frequency: Every 90 days for GLP-1 programs; annually for other services
• Completion is required to continue or renew GLP-1 prescriptions
• Failure to complete the exam may result in a temporary suspension of prescription services
